HubSpot managed services

Your HubSpot team,
without the hiring

RevM managed services give you a senior HubSpot team every month. We run, fix, build and improve your portal across every Hub, using a flexible block of hours you direct.

Why businesses use
HubSpot managed services

Most businesses reach a point where HubSpot matters too much to run on goodwill. Requests pile up with whoever knows the portal best. Small fixes wait weeks. New ideas never get built because nobody has the time or the depth to do them properly.

Hiring a full-time HubSpot admin is one answer, but one person rarely covers marketing automation, sales pipelines, service desks, data, integrations and reporting. RevM™ HubSpot managed services give you access to all of that through one partner, for less than the cost of a senior hire, and without the gap when someone leaves.

How it works

A monthly block of hours

You agree a set number of HubSpot hours with us each month. You decide how they are spent, and you can change the mix as your priorities change. One month might be mostly sales pipeline work. The next might be a new lead nurture, a round of data clean-up or a set of leadership dashboards.

A team that knows your portal

You work with the same RevM team each month. They learn your business, your portal and your people, so you are never explaining your setup from scratch.

Clear visibility of the work

Every request is logged and tracked. You can see what has been done, what is in progress and how your hours have been used.

Planned work and day-to-day requests

We balance the work you plan with the requests that come up during the month, so urgent fixes get handled without the bigger improvements stalling

Improvement,
as well as support

A good HubSpot managed service does more than keep the lights on. Every quarter we review your portal with you, look at what has changed in your business and in HubSpot, and agree on the next round of improvements. HubSpot releases new capabilities throughout the year, and we help you decide what is worth adopting and put it in place properly.

This work follows Revenue Architecture, our framework for building a revenue system in HubSpot. It looks at five layers: Revenue Capture, Data, Engine, Intelligence and Optimisation. HubSpot managed services sit mainly in Optimisation, but the quarterly review covers every layer, so improvements happen in the right order.

Where we start

If we have not worked on your portal before, we start with a Revenue Reset. It is a fixed-scope diagnostic over two to three weeks, led by two senior HubSpot strategists, covering every configuration and setting across every Hub you run. You receive a Revenue System Diagnostic and a Revenue Architecture Blueprint setting out what to fix and in what order. That blueprint then shapes the first months of your managed service, so your hours go where they make the biggest difference.
If you are new to HubSpot, we start with Foundations, designing and implementing the platform around how you sell, and HubSpot managed services pick up from go-live.

Why us

Why RevM

Platinum partner since 2017

RevM was founded in 2017 and became a HubSpot Platinum partner the same year. Our team has worked inside HubSpot since 2012.

Led by senior practitioners

Your managed service is led by senior HubSpot practitioners, working alongside our own development and integration team. Strategy, admin, build and integrations all sit with one partner.

Depth across every Hub

One person cannot be an expert in everything HubSpot does. With RevM you get specialists across marketing, sales, service, data, websites and reporting, and you only use the time you need from each.

Recognised by HubSpot

RevM is a HubSpot EMEA Impact Award winner. You can read what our clients say about us on our HubSpot Solutions Directory profile.

Who our HubSpot
managed services suit

Our HubSpot managed services work well for businesses with no dedicated HubSpot admin, for teams whose admin needs specialist backup, and for businesses that have outgrown ad hoc support from whoever knows the portal best.

We focus on B2B businesses with complex sales in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Health, MedTech and Life Sciences, EdTech and Professional Services. We also support private equity and VC firms running HubSpot across several portfolio companies.

If you also need help planning and running events and campaigns, that can be added to the same block of hours.

HubSpot managed services FAQs

How many hours do we need?
That depends on the size of your portal, how many Hubs you run and how much you want to change. We will recommend a starting level once we understand your setup, and you can adjust it as you go.
What happens if we need more hours in a busy month?
Talk to us. We can agree extra time for a busy period or a larger project.
We already have a HubSpot admin. Is this still useful?
Yes. Many clients use us alongside an internal admin, who handles daily requests while we take on specialist builds, integrations, data work and reporting.
Can you take over a portal another partner built?
Yes. We start with a Revenue Reset so we understand exactly how the portal has been set up before we change anything.
Do you work in our portal or your own?
Always in yours. Everything we build stays in your HubSpot portal, under your ownership.
